The Story Ship brings curriculum-connected, interactive theater directly to New York schools and libraries. Kids become part of adventures filled with animation, music, magic, puppets, puzzles, games, and live audience participation. Every production centers around a problem the audience must help solve together, creating a fun and memorable way to reinforce science, STEAM, Math, ELA, SEL, and anti-bullying concepts.

Lexi Yauch
Lexi received her Masters of Music from New York University Steinhardt, as well as an advanced certificate in vocal pedagogy. While studying, she served as an adjunct instructor of voice at NYU. She has worked with children of all ages and enjoys sharing her love of storytelling and music with the younger generation. Recently, she served as assistant music director and assistant choreographer for a community youth theater production of “The Little Mermaid” that involved 90 children ages 8-18. She has also taught preschool, led drama summer camps, and worked as a party princess for six years. She hopes to nurture a lifelong love of learning and magic within all who board the StoryShip!
