For more than 30 years, The Story Ship has been bringing learning to life through immersive, interactive school assembly shows filled with theater, comedy, music, magic, puppets, animation, games, puzzles, and plenty of audience participation.

For the 2026–2027 school year, our crew is hitting the road again and bringing exciting school assembly programs to schools throughout Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey.

At The Story Ship, students don’t just sit back and watch. They become part of it! Our programs keep students actively engaged as they solve puzzles, participate in magic tricks, sing songs, move to music, interact with puppets and animated characters, answer questions, and help our performers complete each adventure.

Help students discover the power of kindness and confidence with Super Me!, our interactive anti-bullying and social-emotional learning adventure.

Set sail with Pirate Goodie & The Magic Chest for an imaginative pirate adventure with an important anti-bullying message.

Build math and problem-solving skills and tackle language arts challenges with The Great Pirate Race and Construction Junction.

And there are even more adventures aboard The Story Ship, including The Rainbow Thief, The Circus King, and our festive Holiday Hullabaloo.

Bringing The Story Ship to Schools Across the East Coast

The Story Ship has deep roots in Georgia, and we’re excited to continue visiting schools throughout the state during the new school year. From the Savannah area to communities across Georgia, our performers are ready to transform school cafeterias, auditoriums, gyms, theaters, and multipurpose rooms into imaginative worlds filled with learning and adventure.

The adventure continues through South Carolina and North Carolina, where schools can bring interactive programs directly to their students—without the buses, permission slips, and logistics of a traditional field trip. We bring the show to you!

We’re also looking forward to visiting schools throughout Virginia during the 2026–2027 school year. Our interactive format makes a Story Ship performance a great choice for a beginning-of-the-year celebration, curriculum enrichment program, special school event, reward program, or end-of-year celebration.

In Pennsylvania, schools can bring our unique blend of education and live entertainment right to their students. From dinosaurs and outer space to pirates, storytelling, math challenges, and character education, our goal is simple: get kids excited, involved, laughing, thinking, and learning.

The Story Ship is also returning to New York and New Jersey! We’re thrilled to continue expanding our adventures throughout the Northeast and sharing our interactive programs with students, teachers, families, PTAs, PTOs, libraries, theaters, and communities.
